In a ripple of giggles and slippery swirls,
Otters appear with their flips and their twirls.

Wherever there's water, they feel right at home.
One juggles a pebble, one claps with delight,
They twinkle like stars in the soft morning light.
With whiskers that twitch and bright button eyes,
They chase little fish under lavender skies.
So if you feel stuck or your day’s gone askew,
Just think like an otter—be curious too!
Life is too wonderfully weird to examine in one life time
